Cook Love Ritual

Cook, Love, Ritual is an invitation to fall in love with cooking again — not as a task, but as a ritual.

In this workshop, we begin by introducing a new way of understanding cooking: a shift in philosophy and practice that helps reorganize how we relate to food, the kitchen, and nourishment. We explore what it truly means to cook consciously — bringing simplicity, presence, and intention into something that is often rushed or overlooked.

From there, we move into a practical and delicious outdoor cooking session, surrounded by mountain views. Here, we focus on flavour, ease, and enjoyment — learning how to create nourishing meals in a way that feels natural, creative, and light (yes, with as little cleaning as possible).

We close by sharing a meal together in nature — a moment to slow down, connect with the earth and its offerings, and simply be. A meditative, grounding…
