In the noise of everyday life, the body rarely has the chance to fully rest and restore. When we pause eating for a short time in a safe and supportive environment, the body naturally begins processes of cleansing, repair, and recalibration. At the same time, the mind often becomes clearer and emotions that were buried beneath daily distractions can gently surface and release.
Vital Reset is a carefully held one-to-one or reduced retreat experience designed to support both physical fasting and emotional integration.
Over three days you will be guided through a gentle fasting process supported by breathing practices, restorative movement, healing visualizations, educational workshops, and deep rest. The retreat creates a calm container where your body can reset while your mind and emotional landscape are given space to settle and realign.
This is not an extreme detox or boot camp.
It is a soft, supported reset where your body’s natural intelligence is allowed to do its work.
Throughout the retreat you will receive continuous support, ensuring that the fasting process remains safe, grounded, and nourishing for both body and mind.
People have fasted for centuries across cultures, not only for physical health, but also for mental clarity and deeper self-connection. Physically, fasting allows the body to rest from constant digestion and shift into repair mode. During this time, processes such as Autophagy and Ketosis may increase, supporting cellular maintenance, metabolic balance, and more stable energy.
Mentally, many people experience increased clarity, focus, and emotional awareness. With less external input, the mind often becomes quieter, making space for reflection and insight.

My Method & Sources
Fasting has been practiced since the beginning of human civilization. Alongside modern scientific insights—which we briefly explore during the retreat to understand what happens in the body (from ketone production to overall vitality)—my approach is rooted in lived experience and inspired by two powerful lineages.
The first is Dr. Sebi, whose work deeply shaped my path. His philosophy centers on cleansing the body through herbal support and restoring balance through an alkaline, plant-based approach. His teachings on nourishment, detoxification, and natural living form an important foundation of this retreat.
The second is Hildegard of Bingen, whose holistic understanding of health integrates body, mind, and spirit. Her teachings on fasting, simplicity, and connection to nature—what she called viriditas, the living energy within all things—inspire practices such as silence, sensory awareness, and deep immersion in the natural world.
Interestingly, both traditions value spelt grain as a source of nourishment. For this reason, our refeeding process includes carefully selected spelt-based foods, chosen for their digestibility and grounding qualities.
Beyond these teachings, the space I hold is shaped by my own experience as a plant medicine facilitator and guide. This is a space where everything can be met safely, with presence and care.

This retreat offers a gentle opportunity to pause, listen, and allow the body and mind to return to a more natural state of harmony.
Sometimes the most powerful healing begins simply by giving ourselves permission to stop.
We will be located is a charming casita in Finestrat, Alicante, Spain. Tucked away among mountains, herbs and nature, with a pool, a tent and deck for meditation and much needed space and time to simply be present.
We propose daily activities, some highly encourage other perfectly optional. We also encourage you to spend time with yourself, enjoying the cleanse and connecting. Reiki sessions available as well.
I’m Yani—an alkaline nutrition educator, herbalist, plant medicine facilitator, and a devoted student of health and self-evolution.
I only offer what I have personally explored in depth. Through my own experience, I’ve found that alkaline nutrition and fasting are two of the most effective ways to restore balance, rejuvenate the body, and feel truly aligned—inside and out.
I am deeply comfortable holding space for emotional release and supporting people through intense or vulnerable moments, without the need to fix or change anything. My work is about creating a safe, grounded container where you can meet yourself fully, and discover your own path to healing and empowerment.
Interestingly, this program came to me during a fast. The clarity and conviction I felt were so strong that I knew I had to bring it to life. This is for those seeking something beyond a purely spiritual retreat—an experience that works at the root level: the physical body, the vessel, the channel, and the true self in this human experience.
